Unlike some people said to be famous for being famous Miley is famous for being at the very centre of the TV show Hannah Montana. Has many B&W illustrations in the text and two sections of colour plates. Missing is Annie Leibovitz's fabulous photo of Miley which, not unexpectedly in a neo-puritanical society, stirred up controversy. But Oxana fell into a common trap and ended up being trafficked through several European countries as a prostitute. When she eventually broke free of seven years of sex-slavery she found she could not be reunited with her children; the Ukrainian authorities refused to allow her to recover them.
